Boasting superior resistance to chemicals and high temperatures as a result of its unique properties, this filter mesh can be utilized in virtually any type of chemical media for an extended period.
In addition to being impervious to corrosion and aging, PTFE Knitted Mesh has a longer life span compared to other substances, meaning it requires less maintenance over time. Furthermore, the knitted structure of the mesh allows for an even flow rate, thus facilitating more efficient filtration.
Features:
PTFE woven mesh presents excellent chemical and thermal stability. It is highly resistent to strong acids, bases and various organic solvents. It can even remain intact under extreme chemical conditions. Its decomposition temperature is up to 400° C and its typical working temperature is up to +250° C. It also can maintain 5% elongation and good mechanical strength even at -196° C. Furthermore, it has a low friction coefficient (0.04) and no adhesion to other substances.
